I am a lawyer and have been providing commercial legal services in Tulsa, Oklahoma  since 1981.  I  devote a substantial amount of my time to helping financial institutions and small businesses negotiate, document and conclude business transactions. I also assist in the resolution of business disputes, whether through mediation, arbitration or litigation, and I provide dispute resolution services as both an arbitrator and a mediator.  Additionally, I help people form and organize businesses and I help individuals plan for the orderly dispositions of their estates and then assist in the administration of those dispositions.  Please call me if I may ever be of any assistance to you.
